Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product and software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the correct answer to customers in clear language.
• Interact with customers via our state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Stay current with tax law changes and product updates to provide accurate guidance.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PREPARER TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PTIN).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and enhancing the Intuit brand.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days.
