Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products through full-service return preparation, tax advice, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident video/audio communication.
What You Need
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is
- Bay Area, CA: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern CA: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
