- Complete daily cash forecasting and bank trending processes, updating reporting formats as needed
- Manage month‑end deliverables including cash forecasting, reconciliation, and banking‑related accruals
- Assist with compliance requirements and improve reporting processes for efficiency
- Serve as an administrator for banking portals, managing user access and system setups
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cash management and Treasury processes
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive and/or relevant experience in Treasury or Cash Management
- 4‑year college degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and macros
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with cash flow forecasting and exposure to FP&A preferable
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a bonus
- Current or prior experience in the Mortgage Servicing Industry
- Experience with Treasury Management software and implementation
