What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance the goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Operate as a virtual, customer‑facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive tax law knowledge, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, confident engaging customers via video and audio tools professionally and friendly.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation
