** The Job
** As FP&A controller you’re involved in strategic financial guidance, managing budgets & forecasts, building financial models, analyzing performance, and providing data-driven insights to leadership for business decisions. We want you to act as a crucial link between finance and the business to drive profitability and growth through proactive planning and analysis. Key duties include variance analysis, KPI tracking, long-term planning, and business partnering.
As Cost Controller you are the linking pin between the business and the impact on financial costs and investments of the business area. You collaborate with stakeholders all around the organization such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT. You create insights and identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the business and enable cost savings potential. The Controller is part of the FP&A team (6 other colleagues) and indirectly reporting into the CFO of stichd.
** Your Mission
*** Act as a business partner to management/stakeholders with planning, analysis & reporting on (financial) performance and advising for future decision making;
* Execute the Planning & Control cycle, from accurate planning to insightful reporting, with identifying key actions to support sustainable business going forward;
* Monitor the Operational cost of the organization to improve execution and spending;
* Drive business case calculations on new opportunities in cooperation with the business, including financial review on performance of new business after Go-Live;
* Deliver business analyses on sales and cost performance and link financial insights to our business strategies and operational execution; and
* Collaborate with Finance to optimize reporting data and KPIs, ensuring accurate and consistent insights to support effective planning, cost analysis, and decision-making.

* Experience:

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in an international environment; and

* Education:

Minimum a Master’s degree in Business Economics / Financial Management or Bachelor level with additional personal or professional development.
* This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
