This is not traditional FP&A. This is financial operations built for action. At 2 Hour Learning, you will not spend time reviewing outdated budgets or depending on business intelligence teams. Instead, you will construct the models, dashboards, and controls that provide operators and executives with the insights required to make informed decisions—every day. Your contributions will support initiatives ranging from new school openings to major strategic shifts, and precision, speed, and reliability are essential.

You will manage a live finance system enhanced by AI. This includes consolidated P&L models for every school and business line, rolling forecasts spanning 12–18 months that remain current within 72 hours, and dashboards designed to highlight the two or three critical drivers. You will create these using Klair, Syft, and Retool—without relying on engineering resources. • Construct and sustain dynamic 3-statement financial models for every school and vertical—integrating enrollment, staffing, and capital expenditures into a unified forecast.
• Refresh rolling 12–18 month forecasts on a weekly basis with current data and conduct scenario analysis for both upside and downside conditions.
• Create executive dashboards powered by real-time data—isolating the key variables and supporting confident, daily decision-making.
• Leverage AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variance, and remove spreadsheet friction from finance workflows.
• Produce concise memos summarizing financial exposure, strategic alternatives, and budget trade-offs—at board‑ready quality, delivered within 72 hours.

• Administering a slow‑moving budget cycle—your forecasts will adjust alongside the business in real time.
• Enforcing cost center discipline or collecting receipts—your focus will be on insight and governance, not administrative overhead.
• Relying on BI teams—you will independently build the tools, dashboards, and financial models.
• Sorting through excessive detail—your responsibility is to extract the handful of insights that shift outcomes.
• Creating reports that sit unused—your analysis will inform decisions within days of delivery.

Provide continuously updated financial models, forecasts, and dashboards that enable daily decisions and strategic insight across a fast‑expanding portfolio of schools.

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Math (CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus)
• U.S.
  
  -based and authorized to work without sponsorship
• Willing to travel ~25% to campuses across the U.S.
• 3–6 years in investment banking, private equity, Big 4 corp finance/M&A (not audit), or high‑growth FP&A
• Proven experience building integrated 3‑statement models tied to U.S. GAAP
• Comfortable delivering investor‑grade analysis and recommendations under tight deadlines
• Daily user of AI/automation tools (e.g., GPT, Klair, Syft, Retool, Net Suite automations)

• ERP experience in Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP
• Familiarity with multi‑site education, facilities, or ops‑heavy industries
• Experience with board‑level reporting or investor‑facing materials
• Track record of building AI‑automated dashboards or low‑code finance tools
• Exposure to high‑end service environments with exacting financial standards
