We are seeking a full‑time Mergers and Acquisitions Associate for a hybrid role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Mergers and Acquisitions Associate will support the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, build financial models, and assist with strategic decision‑making. Key responsibilities include market research, financial analysis of target companies, creating presentation materials, and collaborating with internal teams to execute transactions successfully.
The role will be integral in identifying growth opportunities and driving value creation for portfolio companies.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating complex data and market trends
- Expertise in Finance and Financial Modeling for investment analysis and valuation
- Proven experience with Due Diligence and Private Equity transactions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software applications
- Collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Relevant industry or investment banking experience is a plus
