Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and enhancing our brand by delivering delightful customer experiences
• Excellent customer service skills and confident interacting with customers via video and audio tools

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week spread across three or more days

Base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area $28.80 – $36.50, Southern California $28.80 – $36.50, Colorado $27.50 – $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50, Illinois $27.50 – $34.80, Maryland $27.50 – $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50, New York $28.80 – $36.50, Ohio $24.80 – $30.30, Vermont $27.50 – $34.80, Washington $28.80 – $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 – $36.50.
