Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enroll Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources and team expertise to provide accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via video communication, document interactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing at least 30 federal and state individual 1040 returns.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage customers through video and audio tools.
• Passion for helping clients navigate complex tax issues.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days.
