Seasonal Tax Associate - Work from Home at Intuit

Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products in a professional, timely manner. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.

• Maintain sensitive customer, confidential, and/or proprietary business information responsibly.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions for accurate records.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members while adhering to Intuit’s operating values, including “integrity without compromise.”

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through exceptional customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers through video and audio tools.

• Active PTIN and ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:
