Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or practicing attorney), we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Manage product and software inquiries while using government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
• Serve as a virtual, customer-facing advisor using state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through outstanding customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence in interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
