Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor based in Menomonee Falls, WI, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Financial Advisor, you will provide financial planning services, develop customized retirement and investment strategies, and deliver expert financial advice to clients. You will build lasting relationships, assess client goals and needs, and guide them in creating comprehensive plans to achieve financial security.
This role includes the opportunity for career changers to transition into financial services, with a path to becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Motivated, self-starter with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
- Pursuit or willingness to complete the CFP designation is highly encouraged
