Join Intuit as a Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional. This role is fully remote, and requires a CPA (or EA/Practicing Attorney) with an active PTIN and English/Spanish communication skills.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Operate virtual, customer-facing video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney and PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for client service and commitment to brand excellence.
• Excellent customer service skills, professional, friendly, and confident on video and audio tools.

• Willingness to obtain an internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
