• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products with sound professional judgment, in an excellent and timely manner.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Maintain sensitive customer, confidential and proprietary business information responsibly and safely.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Utilize state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers responsibly, reliably, and safely; document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Interact with customers and team members professionally while adhering to and promoting Intuit’s operating values, including “integrity without compromise.”

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand through customer delight and empowerment.
• Excellent customer service skills with enthusiasm for interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
