Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert - Bilingual Spanish
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive knowledge of tax laws and PTIN.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills, comfortable with video and audio tools.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing the brand.
- Willingness (or ability) to obtain the required internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
- Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
