Summary:
This role focuses on the development and management of commercial real estate, construction, and business loans, along with deposit and other banking products within the Bank’s target market.
The position also includes managing a commercial loan portfolio to maintain asset quality and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include performing initial due diligence on prospective loans, driving new business initiatives to achieve established growth goals, and managing the approval and credit process through to closing. The role requires collaboration across all areas of the bank, including senior management, the credit department, and retail and loan operations teams.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience in banking.
Minimum of five (5) years of commercial lending experience within the Bank’s general market area.
Demonstrated ability to source, develop, and close deals successfully.
Strong sales and relationship management skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and efficiently.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize, ensuring timely service to clients while managing multiple deals concurrently.

Typical office environment with remote work flexibility when appropriate.
