Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers in a virtual, customer‑facing role, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities, and commitment to enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
