**** A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public or Non-Profit Management, Finance, Accounting or a related degree (such as Public Policy, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics or other analytical or technical degree)
** OR;
*** three years experience in management, policy or program analysis, or technical-level budgetary support activities.
* Exceptional attention to detail by ensuring accuracy, catching errors, and applying thorough methods to double-check work.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style to the audience and explain complex data effectively.
* Highly flexible with the ability to remain focused and efficient in changing environments.
* Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced fiscal environment.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Excel with experience using financial systems and reporting tools, and skilled at leveraging technology to improve processes.
