JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Liaise with senior management to prepare the business's financial and strategic plans.

  • Work with VPs and Managers to build their annual budgets and forecasts, consolidating them into one overall budget.

  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.

  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on Service Lines and Locations.

  • Create financial models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors.

  • Compare and evaluate previous budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly Financial Statements, including Financial Packages for CFO, VPs and the Board and detailed analysis and?commentary on departmental results.

  • Assist CFO in development of financial and productivity metrics, revenue analyses and key performance indicators.

  • Develop and prepare Forecast of encounters, revenues, and net income on a rolling twelve-month basis.

  • Create Proforma analysis of cost savings initiatives, new service lines and locations, and other projects.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards aligned with organizational strategy. Communicate?results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and?streamlining of operations.

  • Supervise the compilation of data for all governmental reporting (e.g., annual 990 and Medicare cost report).

  • Support organizational ad hoc operational improvement initiatives, data compilation and reporting as requested by VPs and Operational Leaders.

  • Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost‑saving initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for quality and process improvements.

  • Other analysis and projects as assigned.

  • REMOTE WORK:
    • Full‑time
    • Required to be onsite for meetings and job responsibilities, as assigned
    • Equipment that must be purchased by employee: 2nd monitor
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant analytical experience.
    • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools.
    • Strong quantitative abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships.
    • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
    • Computer skills including but not limited to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and business intelligence tools.
