We’re looking for a talented professional to plant their roots with us as our newest Senior Analyst (Compliance, Risk and Assurance - CRA). In this role, you will report into the Senior Manager, Assurance and will be a vital member of our Compliance, Risk and Assurance division. You will support key governance programs by planning, executing, and monitoring our global compliance, risk management and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) activities to elevate our business objectives and enable our success.

Collaborate with senior management and business partners to plan, scope, and execute on internal audit, compliance, and risk management projectsAnalyze internal control over financial reporting for design and operating effectiveness, including control testing, synthesizing findings and observations, draw in appropriate conclusions, and making recommendations based on both technical guidance, risk-based analysis, and professional judgmentCoordinate with external auditors on the annual integrated audit plan and control testing procedures, including where external audit can rely on internal audit testingFacilitate successful key SOX program activities including but not limited to, supporting risk assessments, and scoping procedures, maintaining documents (risk and control matrices and narratives), liaising with the SOX Steering and Audit Committees, and overseeing quarterly and annual NI 52-109 and SOX 404 certificationAs an experienced professional you will have…
