In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will work toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws plus a valid PTIN.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive compensation with pay‑for‑performance rewards. Expected base pay ranges by region:
Bay Area California $28.80‑$36.50, Southern California $28.80‑$36.50, Colorado $27.50‑$34.80, Hawaii $28.80‑$36.50, Illinois $27.50‑$34.80, Maryland $27.50‑$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80‑$36.50, Minnesota $24.80‑$30.30, New Jersey $28.80‑$36.50, New York $28.80‑$36.50, Ohio $24.80‑$30.30, Vermont $27.50‑$34.80, Washington $28.80‑$36.50, Washington DC $28.80‑$36.50.
