Avior Executive Search has been retained by a dynamic RIA based in the prestigious Carnegie Center of Princeton. Our client has over 30 years of wealth management expertise and looking for a Sr. Financial Advisor to become part of the team. The ideal candidate will be looking for a career changing position to be a business owner VS an employee. The right individual will be entrepreneurial and have a strong understanding of financial markets with an established and portable portfolio of clients of a minimum of a T-12 of 300K.
Along with the ability to build relationships with clients and provide them with sound financial advice.
- Providing financial advice to clients on a variety of topics, including retirement planning, 401K, investment management, and estate planning
- Developing and implementing financial plans for clients
- Managing client portfolios and providing ongoing investment advice
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Fee based business with minimum T-12 of 400K and above.
- Series 65 required, Life & health is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
