Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.
What You Will Do- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Base pay range varies by location:
- Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
- New York $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50
