• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Work virtually, interacting with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and maintaining accurate interaction records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $28.80–$36.50 for Bay Area and Southern California, $27.50–$34.80 for Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Vermont, $24.80–$30.30 for Minnesota and Ohio; $28.80–$36.50 for Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington DC. This position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
