- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual 1040 returns with commercial tax prep software
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with PTIN
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken
- Excellent customer service skills; confident video and audio interaction
- Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation; committed to enhancing Intuit brand
- Secure internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria
- Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days
