What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to locate and deliver the right answers to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions for accurate record-keeping.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and commitment to enhancing the Intuit brand through outstanding customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location include:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50

The position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs.
