• Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and territory for premium audits
• Provide timely and accurate service to insured clients, agents, and internal partners
• Ensure accurate calculation of audited exposures and resolve any disputes
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships while anticipating customer needs
• Participate in short-term defined scope projects to enhance operational efficiency

• Bachelor s Degree and 5 or more years in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, or
• Completion of Zurich approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area
• Proficiency in laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices

• APA or CPCU designation
• Experience with large, multi-state premium audits
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
