Overview
Intuit is seeking bilingual Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. Candidates must hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney). This role is 100% remote.

You will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit’s Turbo Tax products.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Using government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate, customer-friendly solutions.
- Conducting virtual, customer-facing interactions via state-of-the-art video communication software and maintaining accurate, documented records.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and strong tax law knowledge.
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients navigate taxation.
- Excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
