Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers in a virtual, customer-facing role and document interactions for accurate record-keeping.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive tax law knowledge, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through excellent customer service.
• Excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum availability to work 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:

• Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
