Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

- You can work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers.
- Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax prep software.
- Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax prep experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident use of video/audio tools.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Competitive Base Pay Range varies by location:
Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
