Meet the Mortgage Sales Team. We’re a vibrant, fast-paced team of around 75 across 6 teams, split into two key areas:
Remortgage and Purchase. This setup allows us to tailor the mortgage journey to what the customer needs, with no one-size-fits-all approach.

We move quickly, collaborate closely, and back each other. Whether someone is staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages feel easier. We work flexibly but with structure to support customers, including a mix of shifts: 9am–5pm, 9am–6pm, and 11am–8pm (x2 per week). Fridays typically involve shorter days with shift variations based on appointment volumes. We also do 1 in 4 Saturdays, 10am–4pm (with time back in lieu).

The Purchase team may do an extra late shift instead of a Saturday once every four weeks. We aim to be fair, balanced, and efficient. We hire great advisors and then assign teams after onboarding to best fit strengths.

• Contact pre-qualified online fact find leads generated through our online mortgage journey and vetted by our mortgage score system.
• Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice using Mojo’s in-house software; assess applications and deliver high-quality recommendations.
• Proactively keep customers informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with administrators and case managers to support mortgage DIPS and applications, including requesting and checking documents.
• Support the Mojo product team’s continuous innovation of mortgage advice technology by testing new ideas and processes.

• CeMAP and at least 2 years of whole-of-market experience.
• Recent experience with Residential purchase and preferably Buy-To-Let mortgage advising (FTB, Portfolio landlords, Second homes).
• Strong organisation skills to manage multiple cases in a busy, changing environment.
• Commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience and willingness to be accountable for targets.
• Ability to access and use performance data to drive results.
