Are you a finance professional ready to make your mark in a fast-growing fashion e‑commerce business?

Our client — a dynamic Manchester‑based online fashion brand with offices in the UK and China — has seen rapid global growth across the UK, Europe, and the USA, with expansion into the UAE just around the corner.

They’re now looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence as they continue scaling internationally.

The Opportunity

• Work closely with the Head of Finance, managing end‑to‑end financial operations across multiple markets and entities.
• Collaborate with teams in Manchester and China, bringing structure, insight, and efficiency to a thriving global e‑commerce brand.
• Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping in Xero for UK & EU entities.
• Complete daily reconciliations for bank and payment providers.
• Manage supplier ledgers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Support with credit control, customer invoicing, and account queries.
• Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports.
• Monitor budget vs actuals, highlighting variances to management.
• Handle VAT submissions for the UK and EU (including Netherlands).
• Partner with the operations team to enhance financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within e‑commerce / import supply chain.
• Proficient in Xero and Inventory Management Systems (Cin7 experience desirable).
• Confident liaising with international teams and suppliers (especially in China).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and commercially minded.

This is a hybrid/remote position — for someone based in the North West / Greater Manchester area, with flexibility to attend in‑person meetings when required.
