Mortgage Specialist

This is a full‑time remote role for a Mortgage Specialist. The Mortgage Specialist will handle origination, evaluation, and processing of mortgage applications, provide guidance to clients on mortgage options, and ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations. The candidate will manage customer inquiries, assist in resolving issues, and deliver excellent service to clients while maintaining accurate records of loan and mortgage documentation.

• Expertise in Mortgages, Mortgage Lending, and Mortgage Marketing
• Solid understanding of finance principles and practices
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using mortgage or financial software and tools
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous experience or certifications in mortgage‑related fields are preferred
