• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to support Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence in video/audio communication.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days.
