About the Role: We seek an experienced Finance SME to support our strategic financial initiatives, focusing on fundraising, financial planning, and investor engagement in our high-growth AI startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive fundraising efforts through strategic financial modeling
- Conduct in-depth market analysis of venture capital trends
- Develop robust financial forecasting and budgeting strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance in fundraising and investment activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial planning with organizational goals
- Craft compelling financial narratives for potential investors
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or startup finance
- Proven track record in successful fundraising campaigns
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling and startup valuation methods
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of startup financial ecosystems
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial information
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CFA designation
- Extensive experience in AI/technology sector financing
- International fundraising experience
- Published financial research or thought leadership
- Previous startup leadership roles
