Sr. Financial Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions

Arrow Electronics seeks an experienced M&A professional to join the high-impact Strategy team and drive growth. The Senior Analyst will identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape Arrow’s growth strategy.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify acquisition targets, partners, and investment opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Evaluate financial and strategic viability through financial modeling, valuation analyses, and comprehensive due diligence.
• Develop detailed financial models, investment memoranda, and support decision‑making processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to develop and execute M&A strategies.
• Participate in end‑to‑end deal execution: negotiation, structuring, documentation, and integration planning.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership on corporate development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with advisors, partners, and acquisition targets to enhance deal sourcing and market intelligence.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years in financial analyst, transaction services, investment banking, private equity, or similar strategic finance role.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication;
  English proficiency required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and industry‑standard databases.

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
