• Source your own leads and build a large network of clients and referral partners.
• Be a charismatic, outgoing hustler who is a natural-born relationship builder and lead-generating machine.
• Respond to inquiries and engage prospects to originate mortgage loans with a strong focus on closing deals.
• Put in the effort to exceed goals, including dialing volumes and scheduling in-person or virtual interactions as needed.
• Provide support to close leads with the team, including after-hours availability as needed.
• Work beyond traditional hours when required to maintain performance and results.

• Demonstrated drive to source and convert leads with a proven track record in sales or mortgage-related roles.
• Willingness to hustle, stay coachable, and operate with a high level of tenacity.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a high-volume outreach approach.
• Comfort with remote work and the ability to collaborate with a distributed team.
