Base pay range
: $50,000 – $125,000 per year.

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice with the support of branch associates, a home‑office team, and regional advisors. • Build relationships to acquire new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience aligned with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve business results.
• Create an engaging environment of trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

• No ceiling to earning potential; compensation tied to effort.

Minimum $50,000;
Maximum $125,000.

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services, with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and a track record of success.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• Preferred additional designations: CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC®, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
• Strong communication skills and self‑starter.
