Software One is looking for an accounting and tax specialist to join our finance team in Poland (remote). Full‑time contract.

As an Accounting and Tax Specialist, you’ll support daily finance operations, help with compliance tasks, and make sure our records stay clean and reliable. You’ll work closely with the finance team and advisors to keep things running smoothly.

• Prepare and review invoices while ensuring basic VAT and CIT compliance.
• Post purchase invoices and support day‑to‑day financial operations.
• Help with banking tasks, payments, and liquidity tracking.
• Assist with month end and year end closing activities.
• Prepare simple statutory reports and support GUS or NBP data submissions.
• Perform account reconciliations and check the correctness of accounting entries.

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in finance or accounting tasks.
• Understanding of Polish tax rules and accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with MS Office.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Fluent Polish and good English skills for communication and reporting.
