Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or practicing attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state 1040 individual tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge; PTIN required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish – written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting through video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

• Bay Area California: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80/hr
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80/hr
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80/hr
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50/hr
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30/hr
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50/hr

• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30/hr
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80/hr
