- Source your own leads and build a strong pipeline; be a proactive, relationship-driven closer.
- Open lines of communication with clients and collaborate with the team to close loans.
- Work beyond traditional hours as needed to meet goals, including evenings and weekends.
- Ensure knowledge of mortgage products and market practices to drive successful loan closings.
- Charismatic, outgoing, and a natural-born relationship builder with a large network.
- High-energy, self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Ability to conduct a high volume of calls (examples cited in original posting include 15, 30, 40, or up to 100 calls per day) and attend a substantial number of open houses as needed.
