• Conduct tax interviews with clients via virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to communicate how remote work impacts results.
• Grow tax expertise and stay current with tax knowledge and client needs.

• Conduct tax interviews and assist do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools.
• Support client relationships and provide confident, clear guidance.
• Support team collaboration and coordinate with peers to achieve results.
• Grow tax knowledge and service capabilities.

• Experience completing individual tax returns.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet.
• Proficiency with technology (MS Teams and Outlook).
• Ability to communicate complex tax situations concisely via phone, email, and chat.
• Strong customer service and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
• High school diploma or higher; ability to meet continuing education requirements and IRS/state requirements.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season.
• Ability to research information using tax publications and tools to understand client needs.
