Overview

Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190). This is a remote position. The role focuses on sourcing own leads, building strong client relationships, and closing loans with team support.

• Sourcing and developing own leads through networking and referrals.
• Making outbound calls (30, 40, or 100+ calls per day as needed) and following up with prospects.
• Meeting and working toward loan origination targets with support from the team to close loans.
• Engaging with clients, community members, and referral partners to build a robust pipeline.
• Working beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

• High-energy, self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to leverage a large network and manage multiple open houses or events.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and the drive to close loans across a diverse product set.
