• Source your own leads and develop a vast network and sphere of influence.
• Make a high-volume outreach effort, with numbers such as 15 calls per day, and potentially 30, 40, or 100 calls as needed.
• Put in substantial weekend or after-hours activity, including visits to open houses (possible 5, 10, 25, or more per weekend).
• Engage in ongoing outreach to build and close mortgage opportunities, leveraging a broad portfolio of loan products.
• Operate in a high-energy, goal-driven environment with a focus on performance and results.
