Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected Base Pay Range for this position is as follows:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
