Job Title: ACH Conversion Specialist / Banking & ACH Implementation Analyst

Location: Richardson, TX (Work from home, one day at office in a week (may be))

We are seeking an experienced ACH Conversion Specialist to lead a structured initiative focused on transitioning enterprise customers from credit card to ACH payment methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer segmentation, payment operations, and change management.

Client is looking with experience in credit card to ACH conversion processes.

• 1. Customer Identification and Segmentation
  • Work with Lumen’s provided list of enterprise customers currently using credit cards
  • Segment customers by transaction volume and readiness for ACH adoption
• 2. Migration Strategy and Execution
  • Develop a detailed phased migration call plan
  • Execute seamless transition with minimal service disruption
  • Address customer concerns and ensure smooth onboarding
• 3. Customer Communication and Support
  • Clearly communicate ACH benefits and transition steps
  • Provide onboarding and troubleshooting support
  • Apply promotional credits in accordance with Lumen SOPs
• 4. Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track adoption rates and post-transition cost savings
  • Provide regular reports and updates on progress
• 5. Future Expansion Planning
  • Assess the outcome of initial migration
  • Recommend plans to expand ACH adoption to new segments based on performance data

• Strong knowledge of ACH and payment systems
• Experience with enterprise customer segmentation
• Project management and phased migration planning
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reporting and performance analysis
