• Source your own leads and collaborate with a team that provides support to help you close deals.
• Be prepared to make a high volume of outreach: 30, 40, or even 100 calls per day; visit 10, 25, or 50 open houses on weekends as needed.
• Work beyond traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize performance.
• Operate with a coaching mindset and drive to achieve goals, with the goal of originating more loans.
• Leverage a broad portfolio of loan products from 50+ lenders, banks, and investors to close more customers.

• High-energy, coachable individuals who are strong networkers and relationship builders.
• Ability to source and convert leads effectively and work independently as part of a team.
