Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional – CPA – Remote

Intuit is seeking tax experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers in plain language.
• Operate in a virtual, customer‑facing role; use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive knowledge of tax laws and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Eligibility:
