What You Will Do: In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will contribute to powering prosperity around the world.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Work in a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software; document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
- Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
What You Need:
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation: Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with pay for performance rewards. Expected base pay ranges by region:

Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
New York $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
