• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products with sound professional judgment, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Maintain sensitive customer, confidential, and proprietary business information responsibly and securely.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate and timely solutions for customers, communicating findings in clear everyday language.
• Use Intuit’s video communication software to interact effectively with customers and team members, documenting all interactions for accurate record‑keeping.
• Display professionalism and uphold Intuit’s operating values, including integrity without compromise.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and feel comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a friendly, confident manner.

• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds and an active PTIN.
• Have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
